02

We Generate Your Agreement

Our system drafts a comprehensive, jurisdiction-specific prenuptial agreement using attorney-reviewed templates calibrated to your state's statutes and case law.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Essential ($599) covers everything you need for a valid, state-specific prenuptial agreement: the full agreement, financial disclosure schedules, PDF delivery, and one revision round.

Premium ($899) adds an amendment template, an e-signature and notarization guidance packet, priority generation, plus a $100 discount code for PostnupDoneRight โ€” ideal for couples who want full document flexibility.

Complete Protection ($1,299) is our most comprehensive package: everything in Premium plus an annual review reminder service, a cohabitation agreement template, an estate planning checklist aligned with your prenup, a 30-minute attorney Q&A session, and lifetime document storage and re-download access.

Yes. The agreement generated is a full-length prenuptial agreement document drafted using attorney-reviewed templates specific to your state. However, PrenupsDoneRight is a document preparation service. We strongly recommend that both parties have the finished agreement reviewed by independent legal counsel before signing. The document is not a substitute for individualized legal advice.

The questionnaire typically takes 15โ€“30 minutes to complete, depending on the complexity of your financial situations. Once you submit and pay, your agreement is generated instantly and available for immediate download as a PDF.

We currently serve 15 jurisdictions: California, New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Washington, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky. Each agreement is tailored to your selected jurisdiction's statutes, case law, and execution requirements (including state-specific witnesses, notarization, and waiting period rules).

Yes. A prenuptial agreement must be signed by both parties to be valid. Some states also require witness signatures and/or notarization. Your generated agreement will include the correct signature blocks, witness lines, and notary acknowledgment pages for your state.

Our system automatically applies state-specific language based on your jurisdiction. For example, Georgia agreements include two-witness signature lines as required by O.C.G.A. ร‚ยง 19-3-62; Washington agreements include notary acknowledgment language per RCW 26.16.120; New Jersey agreements reference N.J.S.A. 37:2-31 et seq. and include the required asset statement annexes.

Courts look closely at timing. Most family law attorneys recommend signing at least 30 days before the wedding to avoid any argument that one party was under duress or did not have sufficient time to review the agreement. The earlier, the better โ€” ideally 60โ€“90 days before the wedding.

All plans include a complete prenuptial agreement PDF customized to your state and circumstances: recitals, definitions, property terms, income terms, spousal support provisions, debt provisions, optional clauses you select (sunset, infidelity, pets, lifestyle), Schedule A and Schedule B financial disclosure exhibits, and a state-appropriate signature and notary page.

Because documents are generated instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds after delivery. If you believe there is an error or omission based on the information you provided, please contact us at petrellit@prenupsdoneright.com and we will review your concern.
